Ingredients:
250 gms, baby corn
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1/4tsp.chilli powder
salt as per taste
1/4tsp.coriander powder
1/2 tsp gram flour
oil for frying
Instructions:
Marinate the baby corn with all the spices.
Make a thin paste of gram flour adding a pinch of salt.
Dip the baby corns in this paste and deep fry it.
enjoy with tomato ketch up.
