Aloo Bread Rolls Popular

1 lb potatoes
1 bread packeturmeric as re
4 green chillies, chopped
6 garlic flakes
Small piece ginger
4 onions, chopped
Salt, turmeric as required
Oil for deep fry
1. Boil potatoes, peel the skin and mash them.
2. Heat 2-3 spoons oil in a pan and fry onions and green chillies, add mashed potatoes, salt and turmeric. Mix well and remove from flame.
3. Soak bread pieces for 5 minutes.
4. Squeeze water from bread and make small balls, flatten them and put potato mixture in that. Close it.
5. Heat oil. put the rolls in oil and deep fry until gloden brown.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
